The BrewBuilt Butterfly Valve has all the standard advantages you would expect from a butterfly valve in that they are the most sanitary valve, easy to clean and won't trap wort inside. It has a custom polished stainless steel handle which is designed to fit perfectly with the BrewBuilt conical fermenters and tri-clamp kettles.
