This is a beefy burner. Made from 304 stainless steel, it will last for a lifetime's worth of brew days. The wide-profile is strong enough to support up to 25 gallons of wort, and it will get you up to boiling quickly and efficiently using the same amount of propane or less. The burner ring offers flame protection and features a circular hole for lighting. Once your lit, control the flame intensity with the 0–10 PSI propane regulator. Adjusted for efficiency, it produces around 70,000 BTU/hr, and in full AfterBurner mode it will produce a whopping 100,000 BTU/hr. At 24" tall, it's the perfect height for gravity transfers to your fermenter and will save you from having to bend over to add hops or grain to your kettle.
