60 day no hassle return policy

If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason you can return the product within 60 days and we will refund your purchase price on that item, excluding shipping charges. Perishable and food items, such as grain, hops, and yeast, are not elligible to be returned. Please fill out our form and we will email you back with your return information.

Items must be returned to us within 60 days of authorization. If the item is not returned the authorization may be closed, we may return the items to you and you may not receive the refund.

1 year warranty unless noted in the product

​We offer a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects on almost all products. If an product has a different warranty it is noted in the product.  If you have a defective product, we apologize for the inconvenience. We want to get it fixed for you as quickly as possible!  Product defects and damage must be reported within the warranty period to be considered for repair or replacement. Please fill out the form and we will get back to you asap.  You can also call our customer support team at 1.800.600.0033 if there is an emergency to speak with a customer service agent directly. We will either repair or replace your damaged product.
